To inspire, motivate, and educate about FIRST, and to make STEAM an integral part of students lives and our community. We prepare members for the real world through hands-on engineering and outreach, because we believe engineering is for everyone.

Team 303 is a fully student-led robotics team at Bridgewater-Raritan High School in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Every year, we design, build, and program a new robot for the FIRST Robotics Competition. Outside of competitions, we focus on outreach, mentoring, and sharing STEM with our community.
